At Kai Prestige, every order is handled with the highest level of care and discretion. 

Australia

We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping within Australia. Clients may also select Express Post for a flat fee of AUD 19.95. Each shipment is fully trackable and requires a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt. 

We do not ship to PO Boxes or parcel lockers. A valid residential or business street address must be provided at checkout. 

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier and signed for at the nominated address, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the purchaser.

International

We are pleased to offer secure international shipping for our global clientele at a flat rate of AUD 100.00 via express international post with full tracking and signature on delivery. 

All international shipments are fully trackable and require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt. Once a parcel has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are subject to carrier operations and customs processing within the destination country. 

International purchasers are solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, custom charges or clearance fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon arrival where applicable.
